LogicManager’s New Boston HQ Testament to Company Culture, Growth

Expanded Space Reflects Seaport Tech Leader’s Focus on Collaboration and Innovation.

BOSTON, MA | August 23, 2016 – LogicManager, a leading provider of enterprise risk management software, has expanded its office space at 5 Drydock Avenue in Boston’s Seaport District. The expanded space, which officially opened on August 15, 2016, builds upon the prior design with an open, cross-functional floor plan intended to promote collaboration amongst team members.

“Our office expansion will give us the space we need to continue growing our team and business,” said Steven Minsky, Chief Executive Officer of LogicManager. “As we grow, we want to foster a work environment that encourages employees to work together and bounce ideas off of each other. The new space will facilitate this kind of collaboration and innovation, which LogicManager prides itself on.”

In addition to more conference rooms and open space, the new layout features a large room designed specifically for LogicManager’s team huddles where a group can get together to discuss successes, challenges, learning experiences, and new ideas. “Our team is focused on co-learning and is very excited to have a space dedicated for this purpose. We spend a lot of time working together and this new room will help promote this,” said Minsky.

The new office represents a 60 percent increase in square feet. Other milestones for LogicManager this year include:

  • 50 percent annual growth for the last four years, with 70 percent growth in 2015.
  • New employee increase of 250 percent over the past two years.
  • Recognition from the Boston Business Journal as a Best Place to Work for its exceptional company culture and tremendous growth opportunities, and from MarketsandMarkets as a key innovator in the enterprise governance, risk and compliance market, which is estimated to be worth $38 billion in the next 5 years.
