Registration Transfer

If you can’t attend IMPACT 2019, but know someone who really wants to, you can transfer your registration to them until September 30, 2019. Please remember that you are responsible for transferring your travel and hotel arrangements.

Refunds and Cancellations

If your availability unexpectedly changes, the following rules will apply:

• If you cancel before July 31, 2019, you’ll get a full refund.
• If you cancel between August 1, 2019 and September 15, 2019, you’ll get a 50% refund of the amount paid.
• After September 15, 2019, no refunds will be provided.

To cancel your registration, please notify us by email at impact@logicmanager.com.

The amount refunded will be based on the fees paid for the registration(s) you cancel, and will be refunded to your original payment method or via check. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Please note that LogicManager is not responsible for you travel and resident reservations.

If IMPACT 2019 is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances by LogicManager, Inc., you will receive a full refund with no Cancellation Fee.

Registration Approval

IMPACT 2019 is designed to be a LogicManager community event for our customers. Accordingly, we reserve the right to approve and deny individual and group registrations. If your IMPACT 2019 registration is denied, you will not be charged for the event, and will be issued a full refund of any fees paid, without Cancellation Fee, if applicable.

Agenda and Liability

We might make updates to the agenda from time to time, which might include a change in speaker or the cancellation of certain sessions. We can’t promise the attendance of any speaker, and won’t issue refunds based on changes to the IMPACT 2019 agenda.

IMPACT 2019 is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. If we are determined to have any liability to you, you agree that our aggregate liability will be limited in all cases to one hundred dollars ($100).

Photography, Video, and Audio Recording

Unless we notify you otherwise, you’re permitted to take photos, videos, and/or audio recordings at IMPACT 2019, as long as you comply with our terms and conditions.

Our sessions may include content that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other rights for which we or our presenters own or license. So, other than for your personal use, you are not allowed to copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute the recordings without our written permission.

You may share photos and videos through social media, as long as the clips are not more than 1 minute in length and you are otherwise in compliance with these terms. For example, posting a live stream of our sessions isn’t allowed. Neither is posting a picture of one of our speakers after we announce that pictures are not allowed.

In addition, you agree that you won’t use any recordings:

1. in a way that is misleading or disparaging
2. in a way that implies that the content of the recordings is your own
3. for commercial purposes (for example, you can’t sell them)
4. in a way that implies that we endorse, sponsor, or approve of your business, services, or products
5. in violation of applicable law or in connection with an obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic or material
6. after we request that you discontinue use of any recordings, or if we notify you that recordings aren’t allowed

Now about recordings we can take: by attending IMPACT and related events, you consent to having your image, voice, likeness, presentation and/or other copyrightable material recorded, including video, audio, and still photography. We reserve the right to use recordings taken at IMPACT 2019 and related events however we might choose to, without giving you notice or any compensation. We might use them, for example, in our press releases, marketing materials, or other publications.

Behavior and Content

We want our entire community to get as much as they can out of IMPACT 2019, so we expect attendees to act responsibly. It is our sole discretion to determine if someone is behaving in a manner that is, or could be, disruptive to the event or other attendees, or is in violation of other event terms. In this case, we can refuse to admit you to, or expel you from, IMPACT and related events. If we do, you aren’t entitled to a refund of fees paid.

By attending IMPACT 2019, you agree to not leave any personal belonging unattended at any time. LogicManager is not responsible for lost or stolen items during our event, or at our sponsored hotel blocks. You also agree that you won’t bring anything to IMPACT 2019 that could cause a safety hazard. All security concerns should be reported to a member of the LogicManager staff immediately. You must comply with the directions of our security team, as well as all rules and regulations of the facility where the event is held.

The views or opinions expressed by any attendee, speaker, or sponsor are not necessarily our views or opinions. All event attendees, speakers, and sponsors are responsible for their own content; including presentations, marketing collateral, advertising, and online content. You are not allowed to use any content that infringes on another’s intellectual property rights, is harassing, misleading, or unlawful.

We don’t want any confusion about IMPACT 2019, so you agree that you won’t host any competing events during IMPACT 2019 and that you won’t use LogicManager or the IMPACT 2019 name without first receiving our written permission.
