LogicManager is excited to present the next phase of the new Horizon interface! During our release webinar, we will walk you through the new functionality, and what it enables now and in the future. We will also provide some tips and tricks as well as answer the most common questions we’ve been getting about Horizon. 

We are thrilled to introduce the brand new ability to create references to areas of Taxonomy directly from your Incident Profile. During this webinar, we will show you how you are able to add a multi-select field to your Incident Profile that is automatically populated with the records within a particular Taxonomy resource. For example, you could have a field that pulls all of your vendors from your Relationships Taxonomy or all of your departments and processes from Business Processes. When a user selects a particular record in that multi-select field, that reference will be automatically created. This will put the power to create references right into the hands of your front line employees when creating or reviewing incidents! 

Additionally, we are excited to show a brand new Root Cause Heatmap in the Risk Library! When you click on any given indicator within the Risk Library and navigate to the References tab, you will be able to easily visualize what plans the risk is in and how it is assessed. This will enable you to easily identify where a risk is systemic across the organization and if there is a large variance in how it is assessed by different departments. 

Next, we will talk about a number of the other enhancements that came with this release including field history in incidents and enhancements to documents, logos, single-sign on, and more! Finally, we will touch on some of the preparation work we are doing for the sunsetting of Classic at the end of the year.
